How to Complete Till Death

Complete Till Death by taking the Red Ribbon from the grave behind the Village Church to the wreath in The Bride's arena, then resting at a Lantern and interacting with the wreath again. Placing the ribbon awards Tomorrow's Promise Amber and 3,000 Catalysts; the final visit completes the quest and gives you a Revenant's Return consumable.

Where to Start and When to Find the Ribbon

Start after defeating The Bride at the beginning of Chapter 6: Punishment, in Cursed Hollow. Your starting landmark is Cursed Hollow > Eerie View. Inspect the wreath on the altar at the far end of the boss arena to begin Till Death.

You can start the quest before reaching its Red Ribbon pickup. Continue through Cursed Hollow until you obtain the Claymore inside the church associated with the Village Church Lantern. The ribbon route begins through the church's rear exit after that weapon pickup, so remember the altar as your return destination.

The Wreath, Church, and Red Ribbon Route

  1. Inspect the wreath at the altar beyond The Bride's boss encounter. This starts Till Death near Cursed Hollow > Eerie View.
  2. At the church, shoot the weak spots on the left and right sides of the building. Destroying them opens the front door.
  3. Take the Claymore from the body inside the church. This is the story weapon pickup to complete before following the route behind the building.
  4. Leave through the church's rear exit and follow the route right, then right again behind the mausoleum. This leads to the grave holding the Red Ribbon.
  5. View the memory at the grave. The Red Ribbon pickup is at this location behind the church.
  6. Pick up the Red Ribbon from the grave. You now have the item to bring back to the altar wreath.
  7. Return to The Bride's arena via Cursed Hollow > Eerie View. Your destination is the same altar wreath where you started Till Death.
  8. Tie the Red Ribbon to the wreath. This awards Tomorrow's Promise Amber and 3,000 Catalysts, but the quest still has a final return interaction.
  9. Rest at a Lantern after placing the ribbon. Resting is required before returning to the wreath for the completion interaction.
  10. Interact with the altar wreath again after resting. This finishes Till Death and awards a Revenant's Return consumable.

Rewards, Choices, and Achievement Progress

RewardWhen You Receive It
Tomorrow's Promise AmberWhen you place the Red Ribbon on the altar wreath.
3,000 CatalystsAwarded alongside the Amber when you tie the ribbon to the wreath.
Revenant's Return consumableWhen you interact with the wreath after resting at a Lantern.

Tomorrow's Promise is also awarded by Lullaby in Fallen Village, so you may already recognize the Amber when Till Death gives it to you. Collecting the Amber is an intermediate reward here. Keep the final wreath visit on your checklist even if the Amber was your main reason for completing the quest.

Till Death has no separate quest-completion achievement or branching reward choice. Defeating The Bride earns My Dying Bride, while collecting Ambers contributes toward Ambersmith. The boss achievement and the wreath quest are separate milestones, so finish the ribbon and return interactions after winning the fight.

If You Cannot Find the Ribbon or Finish the Quest

If you are searching for the Red Ribbon, first check whether you have collected the Claymore inside the church. The route to the grave follows that pickup through the rear exit. Use the mausoleum as your landmark, following the right turns behind the building to reach the grave.

If Tomorrow's Promise has appeared but Till Death is still active, complete the rest-and-return sequence. Rest at a Lantern, then revisit the altar and interact with the wreath again. The Amber arrives before the final consumable, so receiving it does not mean the quest is finished.

You can return to Till Death after the story if you left Cursed Hollow without finishing it. The quest can still be started and completed during that cleanup. Resume at the altar wreath if you never began, or follow the remaining ribbon and return interactions if it is already underway.
